About

I design products that make complicated things feel clearer and easier to use.

I'm Maria, a UX designer focused on turning dense workflows, fuzzy product requirements, and overloaded interfaces into experiences people can navigate with confidence.

Background

Over the last 10+ years, I've worked across SaaS, operations, service platforms, and internal tools where the design challenge is rarely just about making something look good. More often, it's about helping people understand what matters, what to do next, and why the product should feel trustworthy in the first place.

I sit somewhere between product thinking, systems design, and interface craft. I care about hierarchy, pacing, micro-decisions, and the kind of details that make an experience feel intentional rather than merely complete.

How I Work

I work best in the messy middle: when the requirements are incomplete, the product has started to sprawl, and the team needs someone to create clarity without oversimplifying the problem.

That usually means stepping back to understand the structure of the experience, deciding what deserves attention first, and then building a visual system strong enough to support that logic all the way through the final UI.

Focus

I'm especially interested in dashboards, workflow tools, AI-assisted interfaces, and products where reducing friction has a measurable impact on how confident people feel using the system.

If something is too dense, too noisy, or too hard to follow, that's usually where I can do my best work.
